Venus Theatre cultivates a very nourishing environment for its artists.  I worked on "Ugly Ducklings" and in the brief time I got to share my path with Venus, I had never felt so welcomed and empowered.  Everyone's input counts with Deb, and that's a dynamic that can be difficult to find between human beings in general.
